  1. Thanks for the sample. I’ll be checking this out for sure.

Marie’s high note at the end of the song gave me goosebumps!!

  2. Is there any other possibility next to torrent???
I don’t want to use torrent! Everyone tells me not to use torrent and I won’t!

  3. I can’t even download the .torrent file?! Although there’s no point if no seeders.

@ ChrissieR, any particular reason for that? If it’s something like this, it’s probably the best way due to the size and the error checking of torrents.

  4. There are over 150 seeder. Just wait, it updates its status in just few minutes. At least this is how many seeder I have.

    @Chrissie

If someone uploads this gig on megaupload or on any other service, then yes, you will be able download without using torrent 🙂

  5. i clicked on dowload and got the torrent file but when i tried to open it with utorrent or flash get , it says it is not a valid torrent file or that it cannot be read.

  6. Unfortunately that alternate link doesn’t help either here as it points to the same download link that doesn’t seem to work for most people 🙁 I keep getting connection time-outs or errors reading the source file when trying to download the .torrent file; and it’s not my connection problem. If anyone did eventually manage to get this file successfully and get it working could you please upload it to some regular file-sharing site (Sendspace maybe?) so that everyone could get it alright? Thanks in advance.

  7. Mary, it’s a huge file, more than 5 GB, I think it’s hard to upload it again to another page. Although I also cannot download it. Error – problem connecting to tracker. urlopen error unknown url type. So.. well..

  8. @Kirsten: Try FlashGet. It worked fine for me. I could download this concert with it and also the Moscow one. It took 3-4 hours each but it worked fine.

@Alison: 14 parts and avi? Funny, I got 17 vob-files. Or are you talking from the Moscow gig? Then it’s indeed avi but 19 files.

  9. Thanks for the tip. I hate Flashget but will try it now. 🙂
    *edit*
Hm, ok, torrent to flashget, how does that worK? What’s the URL I have to add?

  10. For those who have problems with getting the .torrent files here is a little help:
    http://bit.ly/9ek1hy

The ZIP archive above contains files for getting the following video recordings:
    Stavanger,
    Moscow, and
    St. Petersburg

You can use uTorrent ( http://www.utorrent.com/downloads/ ) on Windows, Linux or MacOSfor downloading. It is small and reliable.

( Using ’torrents’ (as long as you are downloading legal content) has lower risk than downloading things from file sharing websites.
Those nice fans who made these videos available and seeding them surely wouldn’t like to infect anyone’s computer with viruses or spyware. 🙂 )

  11. I have no idea :S

Re URL: Just use right mouse click on the Download link and load it with flashget. Then you get the torrent file (a few kb) and when you doubleclick it you will have it in the flashget-list of the downloads. Start it and everything will be fine 😉

  12. Thanks, doesn’t work right now. I will try tomorrow again. 😉 I have a day off and some spare time on my hands. 😉

  13. @ Floppy… Ignore me, just realised I had in fact downloaded the Moscow Concert not St Petersburg! 😉 I am really not with it…

Actually all this torrent stuff, makes you wonder if it’s really worth the hassle. I’m getting to old may as well wait for the official DVD release of which ever concert get’s put out on DVD – no doubt by Christmas!

  14. @honky-tonk: Yep, just be patient. I’m pretty sure it will continue.

@Alison: Haha, alright. I’m not into torrent either. Do you think there will be a live DVD? I seriously doubt it. No proper recording I’m afraid.

  15. No concert was recorded for a DVD-release. 3 video cameras are not enough to make a proper DVD. It’s just for screening-on-concert purpose.

  16. For a big DVD release they’d probably better off with the “real” tour next year, featuring some eye candy. But that wouldn’t rule out some Rox’10 release for the fans…

  17. @Alison: Yeah, I remember Sundsvall, I was there, too 😉 And like I said, no proper recordings, only the ones for the arena screens. So no luck this time either.
