World Tour 2011: Bucharest, Romania – May 30 #30

15,000 Romanian fans attended the very special gig that took place on Marie Fredriksson’s birthday. Looking at the clips, it seems like all previously planned actions took place – so there was singing of “Happy birthday” before “Perfect day”, “The ballad hits” hearts up in the air during the song and stars during “Silver blue”.

  1. you can see now on Roxette Official on Facebook all those action including baloons at the Joyride song. Enjoy!- we certainly did.

  2. It still blows me away until this day the affection and love the Roxette fans have for Marie. Does not matter where they tour, Marie is always the centre of attention! And the need for the fans to show this love towards Marie is increasing! I guess because she does not do interviews anymore….there is a bit of mystery around her. Love how she takes a bow here! Truly legendary artist…I am listening to some of the live recordings from 2001 and I am amazed that Marie actually puts more effort into her singing now with this tour than she used to during the RS tour. Yeah she sounds different but it is a ‘good’ different! I can hardly wait for the next album..ok I know I am rushing but still 🙂

  3. the fan video is fantastic! and Marie’s voice sounds especially very powerful at this concert 🙂
