  1. Ha! So Christoffer played Tavaszi Szel indeed!!! :0))) Grrrrrrrrrrreat!!! Wish i could hear it!

  2. Yesterday we travelled to see Roxette in Budapest.- It was amaizing!!! The whole crowd was very active and very good with the singing, correct melody, especially disciplined at the calm sons sung by Marie which made the whole concert extremly enjoyable. Both Per and Marie where in very good mood making lots of fun an jokes with the band and the crowd. Marie was also relaxed but sometimes exhousted. ( who not..)They where playing so fast with so much energy that one could not follow…1hour 50 minutes with extra long versions of 7207, Look. It was very funny that she was rushed to the microphon when her part of Silver Blue began she was out of concept then and lost the text and Per helped her. When she find the text again she showed with her thumb that she finally did it- It was lovely, funny scene everybody supporting her with an wlcome clapping….. The Sound quality was extremly good I wish all of you will hear this live ! All those youtube videos cant transfer the live feeling and the tempo. Although the house was full Way Out has not been played? Single Polictics? Never Mind tomorrow we will Rock together with Roxette in Graz, Austria and there it should be played again. Budapest and the Hunagarian People were extremly plesant the city in an Pearl very beautifull at day and night.
Finally Per said: See you very soon again…Fall tour again in Badapest?

  3. Yiihaa, it was sooo great, I still can’t believe it was for real! 🙂
The concert sounded great, band it top shape, nice atmosphere all around. I enjoyed every moment of the concert! (I can feel in my throat today!)
Yea, when Marie lost the text in SB, she smiled and started to sing without text, and wawed as if she’d say “it doesn’t matter”, and yes, no matter, it was great anyway 🙂 She was so nice.
And Per and Helena was so nice saying “köszönöm” in Hungarian! And Chris playing Tavaszi szél 🙂
After the concert Chris, Clarence, Magnus and Helena came out to talk to the fans, asking what to visit in Budapest. We expected Per and Marie to come out too, as Chris said that it was likely they would, but they only wawed to the fans from their minibus. It was great anyway!
It was really a night to remember, I hope that we can see them here soon again!

  4. Oh, that was my question at the Hungarian Roxette Forum.
    Thanks for sharing it!

    🙂
    The concert was AMAZING.
It has been 19 very-very long years since 1992, the Joyride Tour.

My ears still aching because of Chris. 🙂
He is sooo killer with his guitar.

    Marie was WONDERFUL.
Perfect Day was fabolous, lots of the fans began to cry…. and maybe after Things will never be the same even Per cried some tears.

Helena had a lovely angelic voice. I never tought that my favourite song, Wish I could fly could be better but it is! The live version is totally amazing.
    … and Chris,
    well he should be renamed.
    Mr Energy.
    🙂
Or I will say Chris instead of energy.

Hope we won’t have to wait another 19 years to hear YOU again.
    ? you all!

  5. Love this moment at the beginning of TWNBTS when Marie subtly turns to Per to ask what the first words are and he replies “Lay it down” before she starts singing as if nothing’s happened.

  6. To be honest, I don’t understand Per at all 😉 He said he liked Way Out played live… and maybe that’s why this song seems to be gone from their latest gigs

  7. @ radiorox: Thanks for the link, this is really touching!! They are such a good team and this shows what friendship is all about!

We don’t know how hard or how easy it is for Marie to sing live on stage, but I think it’s so great that she still does!

And this post also shows that she definetely IS a good live singer, her voice is wonderful, very strong, very clear!
