It’s being sold in all major retailers (Carrefour, Wallmart, etc…) so must be legal somehow

It must be legal since all the usual copyright disclaimer text is there. The fact it was not released by EMI doesn’t make it illegal or bootleged. Any other company can get a license to re-re-release these videos.

The same goes for the DVD with Sydney concert. I’m wondering how legal this stuff is…

As the words “Músicas” and “Áudio” appear in the menu, it seems that DVD was made in Brazil and now it’s being released in Argentina. Similar DVD collections were released in Brazil last year. I won’t buy this, for sure.
