UPDATE on October 15: Per Gessle wrote to us on Twitter regarding this news: I think Lars is doing a terrific job. He’s great! I’m honoured.
As we informed, Lars Demian has recorded EP called “Att inte vara Pär Gezzle” with two covers of Per Gessle’s songs – “Listen to your heart” and “Här kommer alla känslorna (på en och samma gång)”. Now he is on his promotion tour around Sweden and few clips popped up on YouTube.
An uknown clip from December 2005 from Cafe Opera where Marie Fredriksson performed “I never loved a man (the way I loved you)” was posted yesterday on YouTube.
Have you ever thought about visiting the London shop in which Per Gessle and Anton Corbijn were in 2005 to take some photographs for the Man’s second solo album in English called “Son Of A Plumber”? If yes, remember “On the beat” name. Danyela Etchart was there in May 2009 while European “Party crasher tour” and wanted to share with us her story enriched with a clip and pics from that place.

Robert Gustafsson became (in)famous among Per Gessle’s fans after he made few parodies of the Man on the very popular Sport- and UNICEF gala in Sweden this year. Now he has released a DVD called “De’ ä kanon…” (“It’s great…”) with clips from these scetches. You can watch a trailer. On the cover of this release you will spot Robert “Per Gessle” Gustafsson himself.

There’s a new official trailer for the German leg of the Night of the Proms tour! Meanwhile EMI Germany updated their Roxette site with some news and tour dates.
Per Gessle revealed on Twitter yesterday that they are already rehearsing in some form. When asked about fans at The Daily Roxette worrying regarding the NOTP tour schedule and performance, Per supports “Lennon’s” opinion.

A very short clip of Per Gessle speaking about The Nokia Night of the Proms Roxette’s preperations was posted on YouTube by Kempenactueel on September 10. According to informations posted on Jan Vereecke’s blog this meeting was held in Lotto Arena in Antwerp, Belgium. It comes from some kind of briefing with over 160 Belgium journalists, sponsors and VIP clients.
Tickets for German shows are currently at #7 on Eventim.de charts.
