About Kauserslautern: The arena has a soccer capacity of 50.000. I doubt that energy provider has so many employees. You can also win tickets. So I think it’s a public event.
The seats capacity is about 50.000. And what is the pitch capacipy if it is used as a dancefloor?
Couldn’t find any data for that as it’s not usually used as a concert location.
