Roxette to play in Finland for the second time

The last out of 4 new dates revealed in the 2012 tourbook was finally made official yesterday – Roxette is going to perform at rock festival Qstock in Oulu, Finland on July 28, day after Finnish Kotka festival. It will be the second Roxette concert in the country this year and fourth date in the World Tour 2011-2012.

Last year over 23,000 people attended the Qstock festival.

New Helsinki show added in November

Roxette World Tour 2011 has been expanded with one more dates in November
2011.11.08 – Hartwall Helsinki, Finland

Tickets will go on sale at 8 am on August 29.This concert was revealed in the beginning of April in the first Roxette newsletter, but up till now it has not been confirmed. You can see the full Roxette World Tour 2011 plan here.

Misc

Pargas is a Swedish name for the Finnish Parainen. It seems it was one of the most interesting venues on this tour – in the old mine lime. Per has to cancell all interviews before the concert as he was suffering sore throat – thankfully he felt much better on the concert day.
