Per Gessle: “Don’t buy tickets on Biljettnu.se!”

Hallandsposten talks about the troubles with BiljettNu and LiveNation. You can read the article in Swedish on HallandPosten.se.

Aftonbladet also reports about this: We have contacted with our lawyer and we will sue them [Live Nation and Gessle?] for unfair imputation. They have no idea what they are talking about. None of what Per Gessle says is true, says Magnus Nilsson to Aftonbladet.

Ticnet.se is the only authorized seller of Halmstad tickets

Taken from The Daily Roxette:

After the Roxette concert August 14 was moved to Halmstad, Biljett.nu are no longer authorized to sell tickets to the concert. However, LiveNation has found out that Biljett.nu still sells tickets to the concert – they will not be valid.

Tickets bought from Biljett.nu after July 9 are not valid for the concert. Tickets bought before July 9 are valid.

Three-day race tickets are not valid.

The Halmstad concert moved to Marknadplatsen

According to Halland Posten, Live Nation decided to move Roxette concert once again – this time from Brottet till Marknadsplatsen. More than 3,000 tickets sold our in less than 30 minutes (24 minutes to be exact – according to Metro) and the previous venue could not take more people.

It is still unsure if Marknadplatsen means “Stora torg” or not.

Update: Marknadplatsen appears to be the big empty ground right of the mark: Google map

Update, July 15: According to new reports it’s this place under the spot near Picasso Park, where also the Halmstad Marinfestival is located.

The most expensive houses in Sweden in 2010

13 out 20 the most expensive houses in Sweden are located in Djurholm area in Stockholm. Number 5 on the list is Per Gessle with his 520 m2 villa in Halmstad. The house is worth over 24,000,000 SEK now. He bought this property in 1993 for 950,000 SEK, but he and his wife have done a lot of extensive and expensive renovations since then. Per Gessle is also the one of those who gain the most thanks to Property tax refrom from 2008. Swedish government reduced the property tax till only 0,75% of property’s value (not more than 6,000 SEK per year). Due to this fact Gessle does not have to pay over 123,000 SEK of property tax per year anymore.

If you are planning to sell your house, consider contacting house cash buyers. If you sell my house as is bellingham, it can significantly speed up the closing process, often allowing you to complete the sale in a matter of days instead of weeks or months. Cash buyers typically purchase properties “as-is,” which means you can avoid costly repairs, renovations, and staging expenses. Without the need for mortgage approvals or lender requirements, there is a lower risk of the deal falling through at the last minute. Additionally, selling for cash often involves fewer fees and less paperwork, making the transaction simpler and more straightforward.

Meeting with Per Gessle, October 2009.

Chrissie, also know as nordish-by-nature at R2R forum, shared with us a brand new picture of Per Gessle. The photography was taken in Halmstad in front of the second “Tits & Ass” [the third and new one is coming!] studio on October 13. Accroding to nordish, he was very nice again and told them something about a BIG poster which he got from some Bulgarian fans.

UDPATE on October 21: Here is Chrissie’s story:

Yes, me and my friend have been on vacation in Tylösand last week. We just wanted to enjoy a week of relaxation with sauna and swimming and shopping. 😉 We didn’t expect that Per would appear in Halmstad at all. But Twitter-addicted as we were, we checked our accounts daily after breakfast and so we read his message last Tuesday that he is in town and recording some demos.
