Sweet Hello to be released on vinyl

Per Gessle announced that “The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye” remake will be released as an EP. This will be a limited edition on blue vinyl and will feature 4 tracks:

Side 1:
The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye (Bassflow main version)
The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye (Bassflow radio edit)

Side 2
The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye (original version)
The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye (T&A demo March 1990)

Per writes “I want one!” – well guess what, me too! This is just awesome. I wonder if Per got inspired with our votings for the setlist for the 2011 tour, where “The Sweet Hello” got the first place 😉 Back then he said:  “I don’t know about this Internet vote, there always comes up weird song choices like “The Sweet Hello, The Sad Goodbye” laughs Per. We played ‘Silver Blue’ since that song won. We did it in a new arrangement that was nice.

We also have an interview with Mr. Bassflow in the pipeline, stay tuned!

Trivia

This was a double concert to celebrate 100 years of “Pfalzwerke” at the Betzenberg stadium. Sunrise Avenue and Roxette both played a 1:45 minutes set. Frontman Samu Haber presented himself as a Roxette fan who had bought “Look Sharp!” as his first music album. Check out his Rox memories here! Guitarist Riku Rajamaa implemented the “Sleeping In My Car” riff into a solo guitar performance.
