Roxette’s new video now working and unblocked – Vote!

As fans mentioned and started to report yesterday certain countries could not view the new video to ‘She’s Got Nothing On (But The Radio)’ due to it being blocked, however it now seems like the problem has been fixed [at least in some countries] so head on over to YouTube and see if it works for you now!

If it still doesn’t, here’s the official MyVideo link for Germany (already 30,000 views!), official Dailymotion link and Mats Udd’s video channel on Vimeo.

Don’t forget to vote for the video on the pages mentioned above (click on the 5 stars ;)). And of course, view it, we (they) need as many views and highest vote as possible! 🙂

“She’s Got Nothing On (But The Radio)” Possible Release Problems?

Concern has been raised by Roxette fans in the UK that the digital release of “She’s Got Nothing On (But The Radio)” single has disappeared from sale at Amazon UK. At this moment in time, we are waiting a response from Roxette’s management on why this could have happened. The single never appeared for sale on iTunes UK, but HMV Digital in the UK is still selling the single (but only the a-side) as are Play.Com.

It seems the single (including the “B-Side”) has also been pulled from sale at Amazon Germany as well! The single song is still available though.

Thanks to David Carmon for informing us of the problem in the UK this morning and Volker for the information on Amazon.de

First Review Of ‘Leaked’ She’s Got Nothing On (But The Radio) Get’s Thumbs Up!

The Website ‘Pop In Stereo’ is possibly the first to review the new Roxette single after it’s leak on the internet yesterday. The single has received both positive and negative comments from fans around the world, but it predominantly seems all positive and fans seem in high spirits that Roxette are back again!

The review of the single which was published on their website yesterday on New Year’s Eve, talks about the new album ‘Charm School’ and where the album has been recorded and who is behind the production of the album as well as giving the release date.

As for the single, it gets a big thumbs up from the reviewer in which they describe soaring vocal melodies and say it is what you would expect to hear from a band that created some of the biggest hits of the 80s and 90s. They also say if the single is promoted properly, ‘She’s Got Nothing On (But The Radio)’ could be poised to acquiring Roxette a whole new audience of music fans.

To protect the policies of the Roxette Blog I am unable to link to the site, but feel this is most certainly a newsworthy article as the website Pop In Stereo attracts a lot of visitors!

Picture Of The First Ticket For 2011

Here’s a picture of the first ticket for the 2011 World Tour. Pre-Sale tickets went on sale this morning at 9am Swedish time over at Live Nation and despite telling myself I was unsure of where I was yet going (even if I was going to any at all, having not yet fully recovered from the last tour!) I couldn’t resist and bought two tickets for Gothenburg!

So here you are a picture of the first ticket! If any other fans out there would like to share snaps of the tickets as they buy them please get in touch with the team at the Roxette Blog!
