February 4th, 2010:
The very first pictures and clips from Chris’ studio in Scania were presented.

February 3rd, 2010:

Grtgs fr ze studio. Day and nite #3! Just had a grt dinner by ze fire in Chris’s hse. His wife shd open a Michelin-rest! Back to work y’all!

This morning we could hardly find the studio. Serious amount of snow in the south of Sweden, folks. Are we human or are we dancer?

Had to take a 45 min walk w/ Clarence last nite, In 10 in of snow! At 3AM in the morning! I had a flashlight. Clare had a smile on his face.

February 2nd, 2010:

Just spent an hour listening to old demos. Hallelujah. So much rubbish, a few candybars…

Someone just sent me a link to Tapefly’s new single Sheela. Great stuff, wonderful guitar hook. We all love it in the studio

January 26th, 2010:

Did some recordings at MP’s brand new Tits&Ass studio. Very cozy, great vocal-sound, nice coffee.

“The look” in “Hitlåtens historia” on SVT 1

As Roxette.se has previously informed (RoxetteBlog.com article) there will be a new programme in Swedish TV in which one of its part will be dedicated to Roxette’s “The look” hit single.

After the success of “Dom kallar oss artister” (They call us artists) show (Per Gessle was one of the stars), the Swedish public television decided to produce another interesting music document series – “Hitlåtens historia” (The hit song’s history) based on the stories behind the most important Swedish songs.

Roxette’s “The look” will be presented as the first song on January 20th, 2010 on SVT 1. Don’t miss it!

Roxette re-releases as ecopacks?

The official webshop on Roxette.se has listed Roxette 2009 re-releases as “ecopacks”.

My comment: I do not really know what it means, but I have seen some “eco packs” editions released here in Poland by Sony BMG. It looks almost like a cardboard single and, yes, there is no booklet. I do hope EMI Music means something different with this term.
